Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. has a well trained and dedicated staff of professional partsmen using state of the art tools.

All partsmen can access the total company inventory in all branches.  Factory parts stock orders are sent electronically for twice weekly truck shipments.  Emergency orders are shipped the same day with delivery to a Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. branch the following day.

Special parts stocking requests to meet customer's requirements are routinely accommodated.  Some of these special requests include U.S. dollar invoicing, consignment inventories, customer inventory and ordering coordination, special exchange part inventories, storage of customer owned support engines, etc.

Service:

An experienced team of service personnel provides factory-trained service, both in-house and on-site, for all products, which we distribute. Service capabilities and activities range from routine inspection and maintenance through to complete overhauls. Service work encompasses - automotive engines and transmissions, power generation systems and controls, marine propulsion, marine gearboxes and marine electrical generation equipment, industrial engine and transmission products, and special equipment applications.

Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. has 30 field service trucks equipped with the necessary tools to provide service anywhere in B.C.  The field mechanics can be dispatched 24 hours a day directly to the job site.

Re-manufacture and Overhaul:

Products are supported by full overhaul and test facilities for engines and transmissions.  Many components are remanufactured in-house to meet or exceed original equipment specifications.  Where in-house component manufacturing is not practical, components are sourced from DDC or authorized remanufacture centers. Cullen Diesel Power Ltd. completes overhauls to "as-new condition", including dynamometer testing and painting for the entire product range.

Our facilities and tools are being upgraded continuously to improve efficiency.  Our technicians are trained on new products and product improvements as the manufacturers implement changes to their product lines.
